Confirmation of a reservation

Stays are guaranteed only by the receipt of a deposit which will be deducted from your total invoice upon your arrival.

Deposit requested

  • For 1 night, the entire stay.
  • For more nights: 30% of the total stay.
  • Either by check.
  • Either by bank transfer.

Only after receiving a deposit your reservation will be confirmed. The payment of a deposit implies the acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale of the guest rooms. For all reservations a deposit of 30% is required.


Cancellation by the customer

Any cancellation must be notified by letter sent by recorded delivery addressed to the owner or by email.

Cancellation before the beginning of the stay

  • If the cancellation takes place more than 14 days in advance of the stay, 100% of the deposit will be refunded to the customer.
  • If the cancellation takes place less than 14 days before the stay, 50% of the deposit will be refunded to the customer.
  • If the cancellation takes place less than 7 days before the stay, the full deposit remains with the owner.
  • If the client does not show up before 7:00pm (without contacting the owners) on the day scheduled for the stay, the contract becomes invalid and the owner can resell the guest room.
  • In the case of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the costs of the original stay fully remains with the owner.


Cancellation by owner

When the owner cancels the stay prior to the beginning of the stay, he must inform his client by letter sent by recorded delivery with acknowledgment of receipt or by mail. The customer will be reimbursed immediately for the amounts already paid.



The client can arrive on the specified day of the reservation between 3pm and 7pm. Owners must be notified in case of an arrival after 7pm.

The balance of the total stay must be paid upon arrival. (No CB)



Check-out time is before 10:30 am.

Payment of the remaining bill (food, drinks, rentals) must be done after check-out.



Prices are per night and per room.

The prices of the services represented on the website are net prices in euro taking into account French VAT. L’Hacienda reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, provided however that the price appearing on the website on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.

In accordance with the Tourism Code, breakfast is included in the room rates.


City tax

City tax is not included in the price. The City tax is a local tax that the customer must pay to the owner who then transfers it to the public treasury.  The amount of the city tax is 0,88€ per person per night.


Changing Rooms

Without the customer being entitled to any compensation, the owner reserves the right to change the room initially reserved by the customer for a room of the same capacity or of a bigger capacity. In such a case, the cost of the reservation remains unchanged.



Breakfast is served between 7:30am and 9:00am. A margin of 1/4 hour before or after this time slot is accepted, upon request of the customer.


La Table d’hotes

According to the Tourism Code, la table d’hôte is not considered a restaurant; the table d’hôte is limited to persons accommodated in a guest room. The meal is composed of a single menu, of high quality cuisine with local ingredients.

Meals are served daily between 7:30pm and 9:15pm.

Meals must be reserved the day before by 9:30 pm.

Diners and lunches are an extra. Rates are displayed in accordance to the Tourism Code.


Art of living, use of the space

The client must respect the peaceful nature of the premises.

No meals can be taken in the rooms.

The client commits him or herself to give back the rooms in good condition and shall declare any degradation of which he or she could be responsible for and which require the necessary repairs.

Respectful way of living is requested from all guests to guarantee the tranquillity of the guest house and the comfort for all guests.

Quiet time from 11:00pm – 8:00am.

Children living in the house are under the sole responsibility of their parents.


Swimming pool

The swimming pool is equipped with an alarm system that ensures the safety of the guests.

The pool is secured in accordance with official regulations. Children or vulnerable persons are placed under the responsibility of accompanying adults.

The pool is not supervised.

Bathing is under the responsibility of the client. This area is forbidden to children without the supervision of a parent.

The swimming pool is accessible from 9am – 10pm only.



The rooms, living room, garden, as any outside area are accessible to the client. The latter accepts to respect the premises and to inform the owner in the event of any discrepancy which he or she may observe, for the safety of all.

The kitchen is not accessible to customers.

Free parking is available 24 hours per day. Please be considerate of the noise of the engine when used before 9am and after 10pm.


Animals & Cigarettes

  • Pets are not allowed in our house. Please contact us for exceptions.
  • All our indoor spaces are non-smoking.
